CAB-i-NET Workflow Publisher automatically creates PDF™ renditions of documents as they pass through the workflow engine.  All processing is taken away from the client machines freeing up users workstations for chargeable work and not mundane rendering tasks.

 

Document approval and review cycles are easily implemented without needing the native application on the reviewing workstation. Emails are delivered to the users involved via a standard SMTP™ email server.

 

CAB-i-NET Explorer can be configured at any point in the Workflow to submit requests into the Publisher to create a PDF™ of the document. This can then be reviewed during the rest of the workflow without needing expensive CAD applications such as Microstation™, AutoCAD™, etc.

 

At any transition in the workflow CAB-i-NET Workflow Publisher can insert saved meta data values into the document, providing automated sign off for documents and drawings.
