The CAB-i-NET Software Solution
CAB-i-NET consists of five core modules to provide an integrated enterprise level Document Management and Workflow system.

CAB-i-NET Explorer
The core component to the system is providing desktop access to the CAB-i-NET document stores. Explorer enables users to access documents and to initiate and service workflow actions. A powerful document numbering engine ensures that most numbering/naming conventions can be employed. Full document lifecycle histories are maintained combined with major and minor revision controls. This is integrated into common email clients (MS Outlook™, etc.) for the automated storage of emails and attachments.

CAB-i-NET Workflow Publisher
Workflow Publisher provides the mechanism to process workflows for any document type with a myriad of possible workflow configurations and possibilities. It employs standard SMTP™ email systems for notifications and process flows.

CAB-i-NET Browser
Enables access to the CAB-i-NET document stores via intra/internet protocols. Browser provides a secure portal to published/approved documentation and workflow history via the web. It respects the same CAB-i-NET security model, therefore guaranteeing that sensitive data is only accessed by those with clearance.

CAB-i-NET SMTP
Management of emails, especially when of a contractual nature, are of vital importance to a business. The CAB-i-NET SMTP is a service that allows specific email addresses to be configured for folders inside the CAB-i-NET Database. Emails can simply be automatically filed in the project by CC the CAB-i-NET Database email addresses. This captures and extracts all the To, CC, BCC, Subject, Attachments and files them away in the database automatically. These can then be searched on, using the powerful search capability with CAB-i-NET.

CAB-i-NET Transmittals
Generates transmittals of documents and document packs, providing paper copies, CD/DVD copies, or simply exports of document records utilising a simple and intuitive interface yet ensuring that none of the associated document detail is lost when taken outside of the CAB-i-NET system.
