Emirates Steel Industries, located in Abu Dhabi, make a further investment in the CAB-i-NET Suite of software, with the purchase of additional software licences, for the Phase 2 development of the steelworks.
Atkins Rail further expands the use of the CAB-i-NET suite of software, by purchasing an additional 350 CAB-i-NET Explorer licences. These will be used for managing project drawings created in Microstation™, AutoCAD™, and general office documentation used within the business.
Corus Group places an order for the upgrade of all of the UK sites using CAB-i-NET to be linked back to SAP Plant Maintenance software. Two sites have already been made live and the remaining sites will be provided with the CAB-i-NET solution.
The link from SAP PM allows users to seamlessly see the latest version of the drawings and documents from the CAB-i-NET system. The two systems are kept in step through update transactions.
