Corus Group places an order for the expansion of the CAB-i-NET Suite of software into the Tubes Division at Hartlepool and Corby sites. Both sites are implementing SAP, and CAB-i-NET will be used to manage all the drawings and associated documentation.
The CAB-i-NET hyperlink in SAP PM allows users to seamlessly see the latest version of the drawings and documents from the CAB-i-NET system. The two systems are kept in step through update transactions.

Balfour Beatty Rail Projects purchases licences of the CAB-i-NET Transmittal module to streamline the issuing process of drawings and documents to clients.
Balfour Beatty Rail selects tsaADVET to scan further documentation and import it into the existing CAB-i-NET Explorer system. The software has been in use for many years within various business units of the company.
Atkins Rail further expands the use of the CAB-i-NET suite of software, by purchasing an additional 350 CAB-i-NET Explorer licences. These will be used for managing project drawings created in Microstation™, AutoCAD™, and general office documentation used within the business.
Corus Group places an order for the upgrade of all of the UK sites using CAB-i-NET to be linked back to SAP Plant Maintenance software. Two sites have already been made live and the remaining sites will be provided with the CAB-i-NET solution.
